Solar Eclipse 2017                                                      On August 21st, 2017, the USVI will experience a solar eclipse. During the mid-afternoon on this day, the Earth's Moon will pass directly between the Earth and the Sun, blocking out about 90% of the Sun's surface as viewed from our vantage point in the USVI.

A Night with the Stars 2018  Here, we have footage of "A Night with the Stars" that took place on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 6 pm to 11 pm at Yacht Haven Grande, St. Thomas. 
Open Observing Evening on Oct. 25, 2019 The Etelman Observatory had it's first open night of the semester on October 25, 2019. 

Solar Transit of   Mercury 2019                                   

On Monday, November 11, 2019, the University of the Virgin Islands Physics Program hosted its planetarium on the Transit of Mercury. 
Open Observing Evening "Christmas Special" on Dec. 13, 2019 The Etelman Observatory had it's second open observing evening on December 13, 2019 from 7 pm to 10 pm.
